A new house with wooden beams and a jacuzzi, at the edge of the spa town.
Casa Sebi is a new, warm 120 m² villa in Vatra Dornei, made for resting after a day in the mountains. The open living space under a beamed wooden ceiling has large windows onto the fir trees in the yard, while the fully equipped kitchen and the big table bring everyone together.
The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom; the attic has a bedroom with its own bathroom, for whoever wants more quiet. In the evening the terrace with its barbecue is where the stories come alive, and the jacuzzi soothes you after a hike or a day on the slopes.
The town centre is a few minutes away by car. In winter you have the Veverița slope (850 m, floodlit) and the Parc 1 slope (900 m, with a T-bar lift and a snowtubing run) close by; in summer, the trails of Dorna Land and Călimani National Park.

Good to know
- Prices include VAT and the local tourist tax.
- 30% deposit when booking, the rest at the latest on arrival, by card or bank transfer; you can also pay everything upfront. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
- Pay the deposit by card or Romanian holiday-voucher card (Netopia payment link).
- Online check-in before arrival; the access code arrives on the day.
- Each of the 3 bedrooms sleeps 2 adults plus one child up to 10 sharing the parents' bed; children aged 11 and over take an adult place. Babies (0–2) are not counted and get a free cot. Quiet hours 21:00–09:00.
- Non-smoking, no pets, no parties.
