Choose a house and dates and send your request. We confirm availability and send you a payment link for the 30% deposit. Once paid, your booking is confirmed; the remaining 70% is paid at the latest on arrival, by card or bank transfer. You can also pay everything upfront. Prices include VAT and the local tourist tax.
Yes. The deposit can be paid with a Romanian holiday-voucher card through the Netopia payment link we send you.
The 30% deposit is non-refundable. If something comes up, write to us and we will try to find other dates together.
Casa Teo: 12:00–22:00. Casa Maia: 13:00–14:00. Casa Sebi: 12:00–19:00. Check-out between 9:00 and 11:00, depending on the house. Tell us your arrival time in the online check-in.
After the online check-in, you receive the key-box code on arrival day. No need to wait for anyone.
Each house is rented as a whole, at the same price whatever the number of guests. Each bedroom sleeps 2 adults plus one child up to 10 sharing the parents' bed; children aged 11 and over take an adult place. Babies (0–2) are not counted. Casa Teo and Casa Sebi: 6 adults + 3 children. Casa Maia: 12 adults + 6 children.
No. All three houses are non-smoking and pet-free.
At Pensiunea Casa Maia, yes: parties are welcome, with music at a normal volume because we have neighbours. No parties at Casa Teo and Casa Sebi.
The wooden hot tub at Casa Maia and the jacuzzi at Casa Sebi cost 300 lei per stay. At Casa Teo the pool (summer) and sauna are included.
At Easter and Christmas (23–27 December) the minimum stay is 3 nights. New Year (28 December – 2 January) is a package of at least 4 nights at a fixed price per stay.
