Apartament Casa Teo takes up the entire first floor of a two-apartment house in Neagra Șarului, 6 km from Călimani National Park. The owners, your hosts, live on the second floor: close by if you need anything, but they never step into your space.
The staircase is shared, yet your privacy is complete: you rent the whole floor, with three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The garden gazebo, the pool and the sauna are private and just for you; you share them with no one, not even the owners.
In winter the fun starts at the gate: right next to the house there is a sledging run that children and parents ride from morning till dusk. In summer you cool off in the pool, and in the evening you gather in the gazebo with its barbecue and wood stove, or around the campfire with a cauldron over the flames.
Trails start from here towards the Twelve Apostles reserve, Lake Iezer and Pietrosu Călimani peak. For rides around the village, bicycles are available free of charge.

- Prices include VAT and the local tourist tax.
- 30% deposit when booking, the rest at the latest on arrival, by card or bank transfer; you can also pay everything upfront. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
- Pay the deposit by card or Romanian holiday-voucher card (Netopia payment link).
- Online check-in before arrival; the access code arrives on the day.
- Each of the 3 bedrooms sleeps 2 adults plus one child up to 10 sharing the parents' bed; children aged 11 and over take an adult place. Babies (0–2) are not counted and get a free cot.
